  • The Executive Compensation team is currently seeking a Mid-level Executive Compensation Specialist to join their team in Chicago, IL. This team oversees our Total Rewards strategy and governance framework for our executive level employees and supports the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
  • This is a high visibility role on a small team where much will be expected, and your contributions will be noticeable.
  • You will have an opportunity to showcase and strengthen your business and analytical capabilities while partnering closely with colleagues across Total Rewards, Human Resources and other Business Units and corporate functions at Boeing.
  • Responsible for supporting all executive compensation matters of the organization including the coordination of Compensation Committee development, assisting in the annual compensation reviews and support of the overall Executive Compensation strategy, governance and administration
  • Develops, maintains and administers executive compensation programs, systems and processes
  • Provides internal consulting services on pay and classification in individual, business and regulatory matters
  • Communicates with, educates and trains customers on compensation and classification matters
  • Coordinates compensation approvals, deviations or changes
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast paces environment with strict deadlines
  • 5+ years of experience in Executive Compensation or Total Rewards
  • Experience compiling complex or diverse information and ability to present in a clear concise manner
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team in a collaborative, fast paced environment
  • Analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience engaging with employees at all levels within the organization as well as external consultants and vendors
  • Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing projects independently
  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc
  • This position does not offer relocation.
  • Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
