  • About the Practice
  • You will be working with a fantastic team including 1 optometrists, 1 optician and 1 other staff member.
  • We treat patients of all ages for routine eye care, glasses, contacts, medical eye care and emergencies.
  • Our number one priority is always our patients, and we thrive off of the positive experience that each patient has: From the interaction at the front desk when they first walk in the door, to the time they spend in the exam chair, and then seeing our optical staff for all of their optical needs.
  • Medical Receptionist/ Front Desk Roles and Responsibilities
  • Verifying insurance plans
  • Greeting patients and customers
  • Submitting vision insurance claims
  • Coordinate the scheduling of additional appointments with outside providers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Answering/Returning phone calls
  • Creating glasses/contact lens orders
  • Check out and collecting payments
