- Facilitates marketing-related activities, including conference and trade show preparation, third party vendor communications/scheduling, campaign coordination, requests for proposal (RFP) preparation, etc.
- Provides administrative support to Sales and Marketing team in the areas of email communication, correspondence, marketing material coordination for client/prospect meetings, trade show follow-up.
- Coordinates tracking of in-bound and trade show leads and schedules meetings for Sales team.
- This position Marketing Specialist also provides administrative support to ADM’s leadership team.
- Assists with social media scheduling, proofreading, and presenting to principals for approval and release.
- The Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting with the administration of the day-to-day marketing related duties.
- Audits and maintains marketing inventory including swag, folders, flyers, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
