- The Marketing Manager manages the Bank’s marketing function, including advertising, community relations, corporate events, website management, brand awareness, social media and communications activities.
- The Marketing Manager executes the bank’s strategic marketing and communications priorities under direction of the Head of Growth & Strategy and manages members of the marketing team.
- Manages daily operational activities and administration of the department, including: leading the overall effectiveness of marketing efforts; ongoing analysis of qualitative and quantitative research; preparing analytical reports and making recommendations.
- Develops effective relationships and partnerships with other teams (Product, Sales Management, Compliance) and other key influencers and ensures communication, collaboration, and gaining the necessary approvals to deliver marketing programs that support goals.
- Supports Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) through business development efforts.
