  • This position is a highly visible position to all new and existing residents, family members, guests, and visitors.
  • Assists sales counselors with all move-in effortsProvide administrative support for the Marketing DepartmentRepresent the community and increases awareness through preparation and participation with in-house events, professional groups, and community involvement as directed by the Director of Sales and Executive DirectorServes as Manager on Duty once a month
  • Assist Director of Sales, Resident Services Director, and Executive Director with any Administrative tasksAssists the front desk with answering phones and responding to timely needs on a daily basisQualificationsIdeal candidate will have one year of administrative and/or sales experience.
