  • Sales Sunnyvale, California CrowdStrike is looking for a Sales Planning and Compensation Manager to join our Worldwide Sales Strategy and Operations Team. This critical role will be responsible for leading sales planning, compensation and readiness efforts for CrowdStrike’s growing sales organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to take over and manage our current processes while also building out our go-forward strategy.
  • Responsibilities Partner with sales leadership on go-to-market efforts to design territories, segments and goals.
  • Develop and run the end-to-end annual planning and readiness process, including quota allocation, compensation plan design and creation, and plan administration.
  • Build a tops down and bottoms up compensation strategy that is focused on driving the right behaviors by role to meet the sales targets.
  • Drive a tight working relationship with Finance to ensure that the readiness and compensation strategy aligns with organizational and finance targets, that strategy has been modeled out extensively and has been approved by the CFO.Become a subject matter expert on CrowdStrike’s tools and systems used to manage and track compensation metrics.
  • Be the first point of contact for compensation related questions from the sales org and help drive discrepancies to timely closure with Finance.
  • Proactively analyze and report on trends and key findings related to sales planning and compensation.
  • Partner with Training & Enablement to ensure that the sales force is educated on our compensation program and supporting tools.
  • Requirements 10+ years of experience in sales operations, finance or compensationBachelor’s Degree - Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced SFDC, PowerPoint and Excel skillsDeep experience in financial modeling and analysisExperience in working closely with Finance, IT, and HRProven ability to act in a player-coach capacity with the capacity to move into a people manager role in the future.
