- The Manager ACA Risk Adjustment Operational Efficiency works closely with other managers and supervisors on the ACA Risk Adjustment Team to provide leadership and assistance in the administration and continuous quality improvement of the major prospective programs and health insurance activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business Analytics or related field.
- Minimum seven (7) years' experience analyzing business data for use in decision making, efficiency improvement, and/or project management OR applicable Masters in related field with minimum five (5) years' experience.
- Minimum two (2) years' leadership experience, in a supervisory level position or higher in Health Information Management, Clinic Management, Coding Services, Risk Adjustment, Project Management, Business Analytics, Program Operations, or related field.
