- The Compliance Manager is responsible the oversight and implementation of the credit union’s compliance program including the credit union’s efforts to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and municipal laws and the rules and regulations of related agencies.
- Participate in meetings of the Enterprise Risk Management and prepare compliance-related reports for the Executive Council (EC).
- Implement and manage Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating financial risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, improving detection and prevention measures.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practices related to BSA compliance, incorporating updates into policies and procedures as necessary to ensure continuous compliance.
