- The LACDA Housing Operation Division serves as the second largest public housing agency (PHA) in Southern California and receives funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to maintain and manage public and affordable housing located throughout Los Angeles County.
- Work involves a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, tiling, concrete, painting, appliance installation, and irrigation repair.
- Performs routine to semi-skilled facilities maintenance and repair duties on residential properties in a variety of trades including plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, concrete, HVAC, and appliance installation and repair.
- Maintains exterior elements of the building and property, including but not limited to, graffiti, trash, and bulky item removal, and power washing sidewalks and trash enclosures; and ensures maintenance yard is clean and orderly.
