Lynx Central Enrollment Services Specialist
Lynx Central is CU Denver's One-Stop Shop for enrollment services. As the front door of CU Denver, our aim is to create the most seamless enrollment process for all students. Lynx Central Enrollment Services Specialists are responsible for supporting students as they navigate the administrative aspects of the enrollment process including those connected to admissions, financial aid, registration, and bursar functions. Team members will provide phone, email, and face-to-face support for prospective, admitted, and continuing CU Denver students including one-on-one appointments. Lynx Central Enrollment Services Specialists will also support students through proactive outreach campaigns, anticipating student needs and providing them with what they need to be successful at CU Denver.
<h3>Job Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lynx Central Enrollment Services Specialists are responsible for supporting students as they navigate the administrative aspects of the enrollment process including those connected to admissions, financial aid, registration, and bursar functions.</li>
<li>Team members will provide phone, email, and face-to-face support for prospective, admitted, and continuing CU Denver students including one-on-one appointments.</li>
<li>Will provide detailed information with the enrollment process and work with students in-person, on the phone, via email, and text to complete the steps of enrollment.</li>
<li>Pro-actively identify potential issues, eliminate obstacles through the enrollment process.</li>
<li>Collaborate with various office staff across campus to include admissions, financial aid, registration, bursar, campus advisors, faculty, and academic support staff.</li>
<li>Responsible to interpret and respond to student inquiries.</li>
<li>Serves as a liaison between the student and other departments.</li>
<li>Explains, administers and adheres to university policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Provide comprehensive and exceptional customer service .</li>
<li>Student outreach efforts through telemarketing.</li>
<li>Data entry, report production, and student records maintenance.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at $41,193 - $45,530.

<li>The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.</li>
<li>The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.</li>
<li>This position is/is not eligible for overtime compensation.</li>

<li>A bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.</li>

Substitution: A combination of education or related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.

<li>Previous experience working in enrollment services (admissions, financial aid, registrar, bursar, academic advising)</li>
<li>Experience with PeopleSoft</li>
<li>Experience in higher education or student development</li>
<li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.</li>
