- Sending thank you cards to borrowers, realtors and builders on behalf of the Loan Officer.
- Providing assistance to the Loan Officer with the gathering of information on mortgage applications.
- Assisting the Loan Officer with his or her calendar keeping them on schedule.
- Representing the Loan Officer in all email, text and phone conversations in a professional, upbeat and outgoing manner
