Princeton-area boutique law firm seeks a part-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal for busy trust and estates practice.
Preparation of real estate documents, including Deeds and ancillary documentation;
The ideal candidate will be highly interested and motivated to pursue a paralegal career in trust and estates law and will have a Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree with a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program optimal with two (2) years work experience in trust and estates.
Candidates who are currently pursuing their Paralegal Certificate with an ABA accredited program will also be considered.
Preparation of court documents, including pleadings and fiduciary accountings;
15-20 hours per week to begin (flexible during normal business hours).
Preparation of tax documents, including Inheritance, Estate, and Gift Tax Returns;
