  • This is a non-profit organization!
  • Pay rate: $12/hour (non-negotiable)
  • 100% paid benefits when candidate goes permanent
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience, bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred!
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must have excellent grammar, writing, phone skills and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Assist in managing the litigation work of three attorneys.
  • Handle all phone calls, compose correspondences, coordinate and calendaring of appointments and court hearings, data entry in case management software, faxing, filing, copying, scanning and organizing electronic and hard copy files among other duties.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.
