- Student Programming: Coordinates multiple LCs for event planning, organization, advertising, implementation, and assessment to engage students in co-curricular programming throughout the year with a focus on increased engagement and participation of scholarship recipients in the LC/LLC Program.
- LC Scholarship Recipient Recruitment & Assessment: Works with partners in Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Affairs, Housing and Residential Education for Living-Learning Communities, Student Academic Success and Equity Initiatives (SASEI), and Orientation for the recruitment, retention, and placement of students into Learning Communities with a focus on applicable scholarship recipients.
- Supports and participates in campus wide meetings for outreach, recruitment to LCs, promotion at Admitted Dolphin Day, pre-registration process, Island View Orientation, enrollment, and summer student communication efforts to fill learning community seats, especially for recruitment and retention of applicable scholarship recipients.
- Coordinates robust assessment, using disaggregated data, of student success through HIPs to facilitate continuous improvement toward achievement of Strategic Initiatives and scholarship retention goals.
- Works with partners in Academic Affairs to coordinate timelines, processes, communication, marketing, advising, and registration to ensure quality, promote equitable educational outcomes, and allow for robust assessment of LC/LLCs and its connection to scholarship students.
