- OLA is seeking a creative, personable, and motivated full-time (40+ hour) Mid-Level Landscape Designer with 3-5 years of professional office experience.
- Our work varies in scale and scope, including site and landscape design for commercial adaptive reuse, residential, municipal parks and recreation, and affordable housing projects; land planning for resorts, retreat centers, and “agri-hood” developments; and sustainable stormwater and stream restoration planning for farms, municipal parks, and educational facilities.
- Provide grading and drainage designs with an emphasis on innovative stormwater management solutions.
- Produce technical design development, permitting, and construction drawings using AutoCAD. Carry out administrative assignments such as quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, file management, organization, etc.
