- Management of staffing schedule and break times; adjust and monitor staff levels to provide adequate staffing for all shifts.
- Monitors dining staffs' job specific task and cleaning lists; for accountability, provide staff counseling for unfinished or poorly executed assignments.
- Assists Dining Services Director in routine inventory counts of food and equipment.
- If applicable: Assists Nutrition Coordinator with clinical documentation as needed.
