- Job Description The Kitchen Manager at Lansing Correctional is a management position responsible for developing and implementing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.
- Oversees and manages dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu.
- Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include all aspects of food production, food safety, and all other activities which support food quality and Aramark’s Operational Excellence Food Management Process.
- Reporting to the Food Service Director, you’ll take a hands-on approach in focusing on training kitchen staff, Aramark Safe protocols, and client relations.
- Our Kitchen Manager will also play a key role in helping us meet Food Cost and Labor budget requirements, while managing daily food production minimizing over-production and limiting Food Waste.
