  • Its a WORK FROM HOME REMOTE POSITION.What we require from the candidate:Client will provide formal and on-the-job training, and ongoing coaching and mentoring.
  • Ideally, you will already have worked in a customer-focused, office-based role involving administrative and telephone work.
  • High School or higher education Proven problem-solving skills Good customer service and communication skills, written and telephone The ability to deliver consistently under pressure Self-motivation and a flexible approach to your work At least a basic level of IT competence.
  • This client will only accept workers operating via an or engagement model.
  • Salary: Up to $40 an hourJob Type: Full-time Part-time Temporary Contract Skills Proven experience as data entry clerk Fast typing skills Ability to find and correct mistakes Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices Basic understanding of databases Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills Great attention to detail High Concentration Complying with deadlines Participate in survey/studies at home by completing written and oral instructions.
  • Participate in focus group research.
  • Complete written study provided for each panel.
  • MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided.
