- The Job Developer position reports to the Assistant Director of Workforce Services and is accountable for cultivating, growing, and actively maintaining lasting partnerships with employers in Alameda County and other nearby counties, including San Francisco.
- The Job Developer will provide assistance to clients with job readiness and placement services.
- Facilitate the development of Transitional Employment Programs and Formal Agreements with employers, including obtaining formal agreements from employers and managing reimbursements and incentive payments in coordination with a designated organization finance associate
