- Technologies include: Microsoft Windows, WAN/LAN/WLAN, SharePoint, M365, VoIP telephony, CAD/CAM software.
- Administration and support of corporate M365 applications including Sharepoint Online, Teams, and collaboration tools such as Polycom VoIP and video solutions, several CAD/CAM solutions
- Technical Certifications preferred e.g. A+, Network+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation
- Experience with automated Windows OS deployments or imaging such as SCCM or Autopilot
