- Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client, a major Global Utilities Company is seeking to hire an IT Desktop Support in Paramus, NJ(Will be in the office to start with the possibility of hybrid after they prove themself but would only be a day or 2 from home at the most).
- Responsible for all equipment setups re-images & software installsImplementing software and hardware updates and upgrades in compliance with the client's Network Operations Center guidelinesOrganize and prioritize a regularly changing workload with minimal supervision.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Support Center documentation as needed in ConfluenceReport any support trends to the IT Operations Manager and Team LeadProcess all ServiceNow tickets within established SLA's.
- Research and testing of new technologyTravel to regional locations for support as neededSupervise the Tier 1 Deskside Support Analyst tasksProvide Tier 2 level support to the Deskside Analyst and users from the officeWork with other Deskside staff across all client's entities on different IT projectsLogs all customer questions, requests, and problems and track the issues through to resolution.
- Highly proficient in common computer applications and operating systems especially MS Windows 10, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
