  • The Inside Sales Specialist works with the sales staff to grow new business focused in the healthcare payer/provider markets serving all lines of business.
  • Increased visibility and touches on all prospects

  • Comprehensive understanding of SDS solutions allowing for solution-oriented discussions
  • Assist Clearinghouse/Sales staff with communication and outreach to the nation s largest healthcare organizations and Provider offices/locations.
  • Calling on key accounts with the goal of gaining company insight and information to pass along to sales staff
  • Promote specific marketing campaigns and educate prospects on new services
  • Triage who is new, who has left, who has been promoted (using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and the web)
  • Calling expectations are minimum 40 calls per day (call, leave VM, record in CRM, send follow up email, schedule follow-up call)
  • Identify and validate direct contact information of prospects (emails, phone numbers, title)
  • Help facilitate meetings/appointments with prospects and passing to off to Sales team members
  • Keeping CRM Database (HubSpot) current
  • Adding new contacts
  • Add/Update phone numbers
  • Add/Update status and customized fields
  • Update contacts that move companies/retire
  • Deactivate bad contacts
  • Working with the Marketing staff
  • Understand and execute ongoing campaigns
  • Help identify key contacts, review scripts and track results for each prospect and campaign
  • Ensure all contacts have proper tags (ensures prospects receive ongoing marketing materials)
  • 2+ years of experience in technology, marketing or health care inside sales
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • The ability to interact effectively with prospects and customers via phone and email
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate well with other team members
  • Self-starter, hunter style, cold calling is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google as well as other search engines
  • Work hours outside of normal office hours may be required to meet deadlines, attend events, etc.
  • Some travel may be required.
