- Summary: Summary : The Inside Account Specialist for a Corporate Key Partner will speak on behalf of the customer, focusing on the customer experience throughout the Festo value chain.
- Act as the Point of Contact for internal sales and customers alike, on all inquiries about products, cross reference quotes, order processing, follow-up, quality management, technical support and after sales requests.
- Use Cross Reference tool when crossing over third party products to Festo products
- Tracks and monitors purchase order requests and liaises with production and the warehouse teams in HQ, U.S. and Canada to facilitate changes to production schedule
