- The Infant Mental Health Therapist works as a member of a team with program staff and community sources to provide a continuum of services to young children (0 - 6 years old) and their families in an effort to strengthen and preserve families, assist in identifying individual needs, and provide and assist in coordinating services to meet each individual's needs.
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related Human Service field is required.
- Registration/licensure (Limited/Full) as a social worker, counselor, or psychologist in the State of Michigan required.
- An Infant Mental Health certification and/or endorsement is preferred.
- A waiver to provide clinical services to birth to three population provided by employer to work towards endorsement.
