- Offering expert guidance from concept-through-commercialization, including product design and engineering, preclinical and clinical development, data management, market access, regulatory affairs and quality assurance, Veranex enables accelerated speed to market, controlled development costs, development risk mitigation, and accelerated market viability assessment.
- The IACUC Coordinator is responsible for leading Veranex’s Preclinical Services (Atlanta) IACUC and establishing, implementing, overseeing, and enforcing quality control standards in support of overall compliance.
- The IACUC Coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess, monitor, and enhance quality systems, ensuring that all laboratory practices adhere to relevant regulatory requirements including USDA Animal Welfare Act, PHS Policy on the Humane Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, Office of Research Integrity, FDA Good Laboratory Practice regulations, and Drug Enforcement Act.
- This role will support both IACUC and Compliance responsibilities for our Preclinical Atlanta site.
- Facilitate protocol communications that relate to IACUC protocol review and approval and prepare protocol approval notification letters.
