- This new HR Manager position will provide technical expertise in support of business unit daily operations and top-priority corporate initiatives such as compensation, training, employee relations, workforce planning and development, and employee engagement.
- Partner with HR leadership team and business unit leaders to coordinate and provide guidance on site activities and events which drive employee engagement.
- Propose improvements to policies, programs, and procedures to improve the effectiveness of HR operations and mitigate HR risks.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated success supporting multiple HR functions including employee relations, compensation, performance management, training, and employee development; some government contracting experience preferred.
