- Ensure the HR strategy aligns with organizational goals and the partners vision.
- Lead and coach the Human Resources team to deliver excellence and efficiencies in: talent acquisition, leadership development, benefits, compensation planning, policy setting, performance evaluations, payroll, employee relations and labor relations, HRIS and engagement.
- PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Experience with Paycom (HRIS) a plus.
- This position reports to the VP, Human Resources who is deeply committed to our value proposition.
