  • Description Primarily responsible for the oversight of all Human Resources functions to ensure that the goals and objectives of the site Human Resources departments are met and all policies and procedures are followed accordingly.
  • Advises and consults with supervisory staff regarding coaching and supervision of employees, hiring and pay practices and company policy
  • Liaison to all employees regarding HR, performance, communication and effective operations
  • Documents and supports all processes and all paperwork associated with DOL and our licensing agencies
  • Responsible for and manages all phases of new employee recruiting and hiring processes
  • Manages and oversees the grievance process
  • Ensures and upholds State and Federal regulations and policies in conjunction with supporting all Corporate policies and procedures
  • Reviews, revises and approves supervised employees' time and attendance in the Stromberg system.
  • Assists in developing supervised staff by conducting training sessions and action plans
  • Reviews and approves terminations and other personnel actions
  • Assists with implementation and training of all ROP Policies and Procedures
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field and four years of diversified HR experience; or six years of equivalent experience as a Human Resources Generalist may be substituted.
  • Master's degree, certification and/or PHR are preferred.
  • Successful management experience required
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Must meet and maintain all ROP pre and post employee requirements including FP clearance
  • Ability to work in excess of 40 hours per week with the possibility of a varied schedule Job Information
