- Partner with the Vice President – Human Resources to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Direct and oversee the federally-mandated programs (e.g. FMLA, ADA, Affirmative Action, Employee Equal Opportunity, etc.)
- In collaboration with stakeholders, ensure HR systems align with organizational needs.
- R esearch and analyze reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system including but not limited to t urnover, exit interviews, employee leaves, and recruitment data.
- Establish and monitor the HR Operations budget process and make recommendations when necessary.
