- Primary areas include employee relations, performance management, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance, with responsibility for managing and/or facilitating specific projects and programs to support business needs.
- Provide counsel and coaching to management and employees on employee relations issues, performance management and learning and development process.
- Manage potential employee relations issues by leading intake sessions, investigate as appropriate, and solicit necessary resources or experts.
- Seeks opportunities for process improvements/optimization and the design of new processes, including automation and/or transfer of relevant tasks to Workday
