- Also provides consultative support to HRBP's for operational workforce planning.
- Leads and facilitates workforce planning initiatives including, but not limited to, critical role/capability identification, environmental scanning, forecasting and predictive modeling, gap analysis, risk analysis, action planning).
- Travels to various facilities within Intermountain Healthcare, as needed, to provide on-site collaboration and partnership with occasional overnight travel.
- Masters degree in Hospital Administration, Business, Analytics, or a Workforce Planning related field and two years of related experience.
