  • Oversees the functionality and accuracy of the HRIS system (Paycom).
  • Partners with HR Generalist in the preparation of unemployment claims and leads in unemployment hearings.
  • Administers workers compensation program and acts as liaison for claims.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day oversight and production of the HRIS, related HR Reporting & Analytics, and the Compensation & Benefits programs, within the Human Resources Department.
  • Regularly reviews compensation levels; ensures alignment with equity and compensation philosophy.
  • Seeks ways to streamline work processes and continuously improve the Credit Union.
  • Acts as advisor and participates as a member of the Credit Unions Wellness Committee.
