  • Job Description Job Overview As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies and plans.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining the employee's data and confidentiality.
  • In addition to this, you should be able to monitor the departmental budget.
  • Ideally, you should have a good understanding of various HR procedures and practices.
  • You should also have excellent decision-making skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • To be successful in this job role, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field.

  • Responsibilities Suggesting and executing a detailed HR strategy.
  • Understanding the organizational goals and motivating employees.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process and providing training.
  • Analyzing and monitoring HR performance metrics and KPI’s.
  • Assisting with budget monitoring and payroll.
  • Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Managing employee files and records in the HR database.
  • Handling and managing employment-related inquiries and issues.
  • Maintaining a positive and healthy work environment.
  • Investigating complaints filed by the employees.
  • Assisting in the hiring process as well as talent acquisition.
  • Working in collaboration with the HR Manager and the team members.
  • Creating and presenting daily HR activity reports.
  • Organizing team-building activities as and when required.
  • Preparing official documents which include appointment letters, salary slips, etc.
  • Ensuring legal compliance with Human Resources state and federal regulations.
  • Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, HR Consultant, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of various HR functions and their practices.
  • Sound knowledge of employment and labor laws.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional data entry skills.
  • A sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Good conflict management abilities.
  • Ability to make sound decisions Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools and HR software.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
