  • HR Data Analyst
  • Shift Start and End Time
  • Education Level Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Examines each payroll run for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance and works with the Sr. Accountant on any improvement opportunities that are apparent.
  • Verifying work records have been captured correctly and completely between multiple systems (requires comparing data in multiple systems).
  • Ensuring wage and salary calculations are correct.
  • Checking and verifying deductions.
  • Managing payroll and banking information updates.
  • Analyzing payroll process efficiency.
  • Respond to day to day HR system requests, running payroll related reports (i.
  • e government and census reporting), monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, troubleshooting process, data and system failures including root cause analysis, documentation and implementing solutions.
  • Maintain reports that provide appropriate level of detail and actionable insights that can be used to drive decision making and process improvements.
  • Perform regular data integrity audits between multiple HR systems to assure consistency, light data entry, collect data for mass load requests and support special projects as necessary.
  • Support, recommend and implement process automation initiatives and other duties as required.
  • Reporting to management on payroll runs.
  • Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (i.e. vlookups, IFs statements, pivot tables)Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
