  • JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing administrative support to all employees, maintaining the Administrators calendar, updating employee records, posting job openings and assisting with payroll preparation.
  • Job Description: Clerical Support Monitor Credentials:o Dietitians o Nursing: CNA's LPNs RNso Physicians Package Accounts Payable every Thursday to be sent via mail on Friday.
  • Creating new hire packages.
  • e.g. Administrator on Duty (AOD), Funeral Notices, & Family Council.
  • - On-site notices: Security Mutual, Colonial Life, and 1199 SEIU. Creating payroll checks distribution sheets for departments Sort payroll checks when received.
  • Create and maintain reports:o BGNRC New Hires o Terminations o Workers Compensation (WC)o 1199 Disabilityo Agency Orientation List When needed, emailing WC and disability to the respective parties.
  • Monitor and process annual physicals.
  • Photo IDs: Employee and New hire & distributing to departments.
