- Our client, TEKsystems c/o Allegis Group, is seeking the following.
- With 3,500+ employees across 100+ offices nationwide, they work with both public- and private-sector clients across four primary disciplines: Environmental (ENV); Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC); Engineering & Design (E&D); and Program Management/Construction Management, and Quality Management (PCQM).
- We are looking for 2 motivated Tier I Technical Support Technicians to add to the their team of 4 on the Helpdesk.
- This Tier I team is responsible for providing a mixture of phone and hands on support to internal employees using Fresh Desk ticketing system.
- To start, this person will utilize Fresh Desk ticketing system to provide phone and hands on support with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, AutoCAD, etc.
