  • A successful candidate has the ability to develop, lead, and invest time one on one with the Account team and across teams with the owners of Clients and ongoing campaigns.
  • An account/program leader at 83bar ensures client programs/campaigns are delivered successfully based on client goals.
  • Our Account leaders have a strategic mindset while leading all aspects of the client's needs both internally and externally.
  • We are looking for a strong leader of people as well as a leader who possesses a broad knowledge of marketing, digital, data, and reporting, and the ability to balance campaign results with people development.
  • We will look to you to professionally represent 83Bar at all levels of the client organization while maintaining a solid client-facing relationship(s) at the portfolio level, as well as develop accounts and campaigns that support 83Bar’s strategic direction through creation, development, knowledge of contracts, and long term goal planning.
  • This is a full-time, exempt position.
  • Develop, lead, ensure appropriate skill set and Supervise staff involved to provide feedback and resolve client complex problems
  • Assign clients to your team and provide progression planning for all staff
  • Manage resource allocations and provide allocation performance reports to leadership
  • Read reports prepared by managers to determine progress and issues and address performance issues in a timely manner, according to 83Bar’s performance management policies
  • Determine and gather any necessary resources internally to drive client success
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships and provide oversight of quality control
  • Actively work with the team to ensure legal, compliance, and sales to ensure delivery of all portfolio-level initiatives and campaigns
  • Support team knowledge regarding project data to track progress and maintain finances balanced with satisfied clients
  • Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objective of the organization
  • Support team to oversee and plan programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, and processes
  • Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvement
  • Effectively work in a matrixed organization through collaboration and problem solving with sales and department heads
  • Ensure proper resourcing, funding, and strategies to successfully execute all portfolio campaigns and initiatives
  • Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports of client success, and presentations; act intuitively, timely, and proactively to escalate risks and/or issues and propose a mitigated plan and problem-solving strategy
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Pharma or medical device industry knowledge
  • Clinical trial recruitment expertise desired but not required
  • Project management tools and digital marketing experience required
  • Budgeting tools, funnel planning, CRM, and quality management systems experience required
  • Ten (10) years of experience in a related field; project management, B2B and B2C relationship/account management, business, finance, etc.
  • Proven experience as an Account leader as well as in other managerial positions
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
