- Execute activities for prospecting, lead generation, and selling of SolarWinds products to existing customers focusing on existing customers with the ability to convert to Hybrid Cloud Observability.
- Engage directly with IT decision makers from a variety of enterprises and locations.
- Use a consultative approach to make warm calls (outbound motion) and manage warm, inbound leads for Hybrid Cloud Observability (inbound motion).
- Support a team of Renewals Reps, in an effort to maximize HCO Conversion sales in proximity to renewal lapse.
- Partner with sales engineering to conduct technical and non-technical online Hybrid Cloud Observability product demonstrations.
