  • You will participate in the operation and success of a fast paced fitness facility, build relationships with Burn members and the community in order to help maintain and build member base and you will be responsible for providing our members with the best client experience ever!
  • The hours are from 4:30am - 12:30pm Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 11:00am alternating Saturday's, with flexibility to work evenings as needed.
  • This position will need someone who is extremely flexible, willing to work 45-50 hours per week.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly dispositionPassion for health and wellnessTeam playerWilling and able to work early mornings, evenings and Saturday mornings Requirements For The Position Preferred college degree in business, sales & marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Prior leadership/management experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer services skills, outgoing, motivational and friendly.
  • Ability to deal with pressure in meeting sales quota.
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with members.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
  • Ability to lead and train staff members Responsibilities: Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to billing and memberships.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with current members on a name to name basis.
  • Notifying club mgmt team of any member complaints or grievances and assisting in appropriate response.
  • Determining prospect’s goals and motivation through a thorough needs analysis.
  • Being knowledgeable of all products and programs and building value.
  • Being responsive to member feedback and complaints and working towards timely resolution.
  • Leading and overseeing our team members.
  • Performing day to day operations and reports that pertain to success of gym.
