- The primary purpose of the Grant Program Coordinator (GPC) position is to provide support for the overall grants and contracts process and to serves as a resource for HDR faculty and research staff who participate in the grants and contracts process (total 75%).
- Supports administrative planning for grants and contracts submission initiatives, including working with all HDR principal investigators and postdoctoral trainees and/or their designee, following established departmental procedures.
- Coordinates the submission and review process by performing quality check on all grants and contracts submissions (against sponsor instructions) to ensure formatting, budgeting and other components are accurate, following established departmental procedures.
- Supports administrative planning as requested for HDR grant and contract progress reports, to include working with all HDR principal investigators and postdoctoral trainees and/or their designee following established departmental procedures.
- Performs monthly reconciliation for HDR funds and projects following established departmental procedures, as well as adhering to established deadlines.
