- The Pricing and Contracting Analyst will be responsible for reviewing price calculations, government reporting obligations, commercial contracts review, and Gross-to-Net (GTN) analysis required to manage these programs.
- The Pricing and Contracting Analyst must possess an ability to manage multifaceted responsibilities, along with building cross functional relationships with Marketing, Market Access, Government Pricing, and Finance.
- Review and analyze reporting of programs requiring price reporting, per legislative requirements, including Average Manufacturers Price (AMP), Best Price (BP), Average Sales Price (ASP), non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price (nFAMP), Federal Ceiling Price (FCP), Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) and Unit Rebate Amounts (URA).
- Support of activities related to Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) implementation and/or other new legislative calculations.
- Provide Management with insight and detailed explanations for fluctuation between forecasted rates, and actual GTN deductions.
