  • As a Global Partner Sales Enablement Lead, you are part of a team that is responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics of the Global Partner Enablement Program.
  • Working collaboratively with the team, you will help develop a framework and approach to deliver high impact enablement programs across the partner ecosystem.
  • You'll ensure that partners are fully engaged and supported so that together we can deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • The Partner Sales Enablement Lead designs, plans and delivers training or programs that will have measured results.
  • This role collaborates closely with the UKG sales enablement team to adopt best practices and shared tools for sales enablement.
  • Prior sales experience is desirable and working with partners in a sales enablement capacity is required.
  • Assist with onboarding and support of partners to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate closely with the Partner Enablement team on enablement events, programs, processes, and communications to ensure a positive experience for our partners
  • Work closely with Global Alliances and regional sales leadership to understand their current challenges in partner development and deliver solutions that provide measurable results
  • Design, plan and deliver enablement to develop our global reseller channel, and ensure our services partners can engage with UKG sales and deliver appropriate messages about UKG solutions
  • Work closely with marketing and other organizations to ensure messaging is relevant for partners and to ensure all material is 'partner-ready'
  • Work closely with Global Alliances and regional sales leadership in coordinating, developing, and delivering relevant material for Partner Summit, Regional partner events, and other sales enablement events
  • Work with subject matter experts within UKG and help fine tune messaging to ensure it resonates with partners
  • Meet regularly with leadership and enablement teams at our strategic partners to understand how best to enable their teams, and propose and deliver tailored solutions
  • Create high quality materials including playbooks, job aides and facilitator manuals to support train the trainer programs for our strategic partners
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key business leaders, subject matter experts and other learning staff to identify learning opportunities
  • Design and deliver workshops for partners, in person and virtual
  • Collaborate with UKG sales, presales, and Learning teams to propose new tools and methodologies for partner sales enablement
  • Organize and participate in initiative workstreams and workshops as an advocate for partners and as representative of the partner program
  • Communicate progress and status of partner enablement initiatives
  • Provide input to content and cadence of partner communication and events
  • Administer and manage partner enablement technologies, including learning management, content sharing, and contact management solutions
  • Provide a high level of service to our partners and drive improvements to improve partner satisfaction with the UKG partner program
  • 3+ years in sales training development and curriculum design; experience in sales preferred
  • Partner enablement experience highly preferred
  • Proven ability to give or facilitate live instructor-led sales training (on solution, process, or skills related topics).
  • Certification in leading sales methodologies a plus.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver, able to work independently and results-driven.
  • Well-developed relationship building and influencing skills and outstanding written, verbal and presentation communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills; ability to meet high-pressure delivery deadlines for event material, ability to work well in a quickly changing work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Sharepoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% including international travel
