- The General Manager is responsible for managing all associates as well as all aspects of operation of their theatre location with a goal of achieving revenue, sales/marketing, cost control, quality measurement, staffing, associate development, and guest satisfaction results.
- Promotes Marcus Theatres Corporation Brand and helps create Brand awareness.
- Maintains and administers safety and security of guests and associates, including OSHA compliance, General Liability, and Workers' Compensation reporting requirements.
- Maintains regular communications with film bookers to monitor movie bookings.
- Administers the Radiant sales system for the theatre with Level 1 access to functions.
