The Floating Manager will help oversee a kitchen unit in conjunction with the Cafeteria Manager and Lead Food Service Worker. Perform other duties as assigned by the; Cafeteria Manager, Director of Food Services or Food Service Secretary.

The Food Service Worker also relates to the Director of Dining Services and the Operations Manager. The Food Service Worker is responsible to maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen area, to assist in maintaining the stock and refrigerator areas, dishwashing areas and to serve resident meals in a friendly, professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities include preparing and serving food items to students, facility and staff as well as maintaining the facility in a safe and sanitary condition and complying with all mandated Federal/State/Local health requirement and HHFKA. This position reports to the Cafeteria Manager.
