- Provides leadership, accountability and is responsible for leading and daily operation of the Patient Services area of Clinical Nutrition Services.
- Inspects equipment and department for safety, code compliance, sanitation and operation; reports compliance issues or malfunctions to Director and Maintenance.
- Responsible to ensure nourishments and tube feedings are accurately prepared, labeled, and delivered.
- Completion of 250-hour dietary manager course or certified Dietary Manager desirable.
- Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training for child and dependent adult abuse within three (3) months of hire.
