  • Preferred Qualifications : Preferred Fields of Study : Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Engineering and Business, Finance, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Mathematics, Real Estate Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success understanding, executing, and documenting the Fair Value of fixed income securities, such as: CMBS, RMBS, CLO, ABS, Bonds, Loans.
  • Understanding of capital markets, rates of return, credit worthiness, and collateral performance, such as prepayments, defaults, severities.
  • Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in managerial roles involving understanding of financial products and issues that both issuers and investors face as markets evolve over time, emphasizing supporting engagements that involve, but are not limited to, the following areas: Having a fundamental understanding of valuation methodologies (i.e. market approach, income approach, etc.)
  • Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in managerial roles involving, financial issues, capital markets and the product life cycle, enhanced by working on various client engagements and assignments related to issuing, investing in, or trading financial instruments and fixed income securities.
  • Demonstrates extensive-level abilities with success managing the identification and addressing of client needs by managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.
  • Demonstrating extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by: Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and, Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members.
