  • The financial analyst position leads the financial and business analysis functions for the Workplace Solutions Business Group.
  • Primary function is to support operations in maximizing investment options, understanding global financial results, forecasting results, and proving insight to drive improved performance.
  • The financial analyst is responsible for leading the finance processes including but not limited to P&L preparation, financial reporting, outlooks, investment business cases and prioritization, product profitability, and senior management communication.
  • The financial analyst will lead cross functional teams to achieve investment cases that fairly reflect potential outcomes and lead the senior manager to optimize investment options.
  • The analyst will also interact with all organizations in Xerox to understand and forecast offering group financial results, outlooks, and plans and drive for improved performance.
  • Strong leadership, written/verbal communication, analytical, and systems skills are required.
  • Create, distribute, assimilate and synthesize business reports and results suitable for executive leadership review and consumption
  • Develop investment cases for Workplace product options, gathering data from across various functions/areas of excellence/geographies (to allude to the cross functional work required to build the business cases).
  • Analyze and recommend optimization.
  • Organize and align Offerings' annual plan across global organizations
  • Create long range financial forecast that represents and analyzes the organization's long-term strategic plan
  • Respond to Q&A from Corporate Finance as required
  • Create and maintain partner relationships with Workplace operational leadership.
  • The finance trusted business partner provides timely, straight-forward, insightful business information to operational leaders.
  • Recommend ideas for performance improvement.
  • Support new product launches, including ensuring systems across the Company are set up for new offerings.
  • Understand organizational policies and procedures necessary to ensure appropriate decision-making processes are followed
  • Build and maintain analytical tools using tableau and advanced excel skills
  • Perform product profitability analysis
  • Other ad-hoc requests/reporting assigned by management
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting (CPA), or Business Administration (Required).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient (English) communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience using Oracle, Essbase, and Microsoft Suite
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required including macros.
  • Reliability and integrity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex business offerings and business deals.
  • Resilience and adaptability to unforeseen work demands, managing self to prioritize and achieve tasks within agreed timescales

  • Ability to lead initiatives cross-functionally and engage, influence and work with partners without direct HR responsibility of resources
