Do you possess the attributes to be a successful Family Engagement Coordinator and perform the following essential functions? Responsibilities The FEC provides on-site responses to assess family dynamics and leads family donation conversations by advocating for donation and supports families through the donation process. <ul><li> Delivers high-quality bereavement support to potential donor families. </li><li> Facilitates the opportunity for donation by keeping hospital staff informed regarding the plans and progression of the referral process. </li><li> Offers donation in an empowering and inspiring manner.
