- Some of the responsibilities include (but not limited to): Serves as Program Leader and Project Manager for projects of strategic importance and/or international scope:Leads planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for projects; provides conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates; and may coordinate production of basic design plans and construction documents to ensure project scope and expectations are achieved.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, construction management, or related disciplines or equivalent Registered professional license (i.e., Professional Engineer [PE] license or American Institute of Architects [AIA] designation) preferred.
- Registered professional license (i.e., Professional Engineer [PE] license or American Institute of Architects [AIA] designation) preferred.
- Six years experience with facilities design, engineering, and/or construction methods and procedures, including experience working with various project delivery methods (low-bid, Gross Maximum Price [GMP]/construction at risk, or Integrated Project Delivery [IPD]).
- Architectural design, corporate real estate, facilities engineering, and/or construction management supervisory/project leadership experience requiredORMaster’s degree in management, real estate, architecture, engineering, construction management, or related disciplines or equivalent.
