  • Job Summary The Trainer is responsible for delivering highly complex training courses in support of strategic initiatives related to proprietary systems and process and manages the classroom effectively to ensure learning.
  • This individual is responsible for understanding all aspects of courses within the curriculum including maintenance schedules, delivery requirements and third-party dependencies.
  • Personal organization and communication skills are essential to delivering top quality training deliverables and superior customer service.

  • Experience working in an Engineering discipline and in a large project execution environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Engineering processes required
  • Background in oil and gas field preferred
  • Three plus years training experience in a corporate environment
  • Must interface well with all cross-functional business partners
  • Strong project management background
  • Ability to plan and organize daily activities in a methodical and productive manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work well in a work group strategy team and self-managed environment
  • Must have ability to work well in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at varying levels within an organization
  • Experience with MS Office
  • 25% Travel (Domestic and/or International)
